This is the least processed of all the teas, being only sun-dried then lightly baked, creating a light, delicate flavour and aroma of white flowers with a fresh finish. Brewing: Pour water at 80-90 degrees (1/4 cold to 3/4 boiling) into a pot and add one heaped teaspoon of leaf per cup. Infuse 3-4 mins. Serve as is.
