At The Berry Tea Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your tea experience. If your selection doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a straightforward return process for all our premium blends and teaware.
Return Process

Email our customer care team within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange request.
- 2.Prepare Your Package
Ensure items are in their original, unopened packaging; please note that for health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened tea tins or bags.
- 3.Ship the Items
Securely pack your items and send them back to our Berry boutique using a tracked shipping service to ensure safe arrival.
- 4.Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or arrange for your replacement tea to be dispatched.
